We are proud to welcome culinary genius Philip Scheel Grønkjær as a guest chef at Grand Restaurant as a part of the 2015 Food and Fun festival in Reykjavik. We will be serving a four to five course meal at the rate of only 8.500 ISK per individual, feb. 26th - march 1st.
Philip Scheer Grønkjær has worked in many of the world´s finest restaurants, including the noted restaurant Nimb in Copenhagen, Denmark where he worked as head chef for a period. In 2014, Philip started his own business, Monomonofoodfool which specialises in culinary books, restaurant consulting amongst other things.
